(formally known as Gallery on the Square & Catchlight Gallery)
Big Bend Gallery is a cooperative gallery run by its members. Located at 121 West Holland Ave in Alpine, Texas. The gallery is open everyday from10 am - 5 pm, with extended hours to be posted for special events and holidays. The artists featured in the Big Bend Gallery come from a diverse range of backgrounds, bringing together a rich tapestry of perspectives and experiences. Despite their varied origins—some may be lifelong residents of Texas, while others hail from far-flung places—each artist shares a deep connection to the breathtaking landscapes and wildlife of the Big Bend region. Their unique styles, whether grounded in traditional methods or contemporary techniques, reflect a shared passion for capturing the raw beauty and spirit of this iconic Texas wilderness.
